ICU

The ICU is a Neighborhood Watch Program for youth and is designed to empower young individuals with the tools they need to stay safe and vigilant in their communities. Participants receive ID badges that foster a sense of responsibility and belonging while promoting awareness of their surroundings. By engaging in teamwork and educational activities, youth learn skills that contribute to their safety and the well-being of their neighborhoods.
